The Trader Behind It

Taught by somebody who actually trades it.

No faceless account. No AI narrator. What gets taught here is the same read I run on my own accounts every morning.

Anyone can have a good day. Almost nobody has a good year.

I'm Jeff, founder of WTC Trading. I trade NQ and MNQ futures on funded accounts, and I've taken evaluations at nearly every prop firm worth naming. That's how I learned the part nobody sells you: passing was never the hard part. Getting to the payout is — and then doing it again the month after that.

D.E.P.T.H. is the framework I actually trade, written down. Not inventory theory repackaged, not somebody else's system with the labels changed. My own read of price, built from what has kept my accounts alive.

The Core Thesis

Everything on a chart reduces to three things. Nothing simpler exists.

Price is an agreement between a buyer and a seller, repeated millions of times a day. The chart is the written record of that conversation — and it only carries three kinds of information.

1

WHO

Buyers & Sellers

Which side is winning the conversation? Supply and demand — the direction of the deal-making.

2

HOW MUCH

Volume & Level 2

How much conviction is behind it? The size of the argument — past and present.

3

HOW LONG

Time

When is it happening, and how long does agreement last? Speed and duration are information.

Every indicator you've ever used is a derivative — math applied to these three inputs after the fact. D.E.P.T.H. teaches you to read the source.

Your Framework From Day One

Five questions. Run in order. Every trade.

You get the checklist in the first lesson. Each module teaches you to answer one letter — by the end, the checklist IS your method.

D
DIRECTION
Who's winning the conversation?
E
EVIDENCE
How much conviction was behind it?
P
PARTICIPATION
Who's showing up right now?
T
TIME
When, and how long is it taking?
H
HANDLE RISK
Execute with discipline.

Four yes answers earn a trade. Anything less earns a pass. The read is free — the trade costs money, which is why H gets the strictest rules in the course.

The Difference

This room doesn't make copies of me.

Most trading rooms teach one strategy and then hand out one trade at a time. If the leader doesn't call a price, nobody moves — because nobody was ever taught to read the chart themselves.

Most Rooms

You wait for the call

  • One strategy, taught one way, take it or leave it
  • Nothing happens until someone posts an entry
  • You learn the leader's trades, not your own read
  • Quiet day in the room means a quiet day in your account
D.E.P.T.H.

You make the call

  • One decision process you run yourself, on any session
  • Learn why a level matters — not just that someone flagged it
  • Members who specialize get to lead on their own strategy
  • Your read still works on the days nobody is talking

The goal isn't for you to trade like me. It's for you to trade like you — with a process that holds up when you're on your own.

The Curriculum

Six modules, one method

Taught live, module by module — with a cheat sheet and hands-on assignments to reinforce every session.

MODULE 0The Market Is a Conversation+
  • What price actually is — and why the chart is a conversation, not a formula
  • The three things every chart reduces to, and why nothing is simpler
  • Read the source instead of the lagging indicators everyone else uses
  • The D.E.P.T.H. checklist, in your hands from day one
MODULE 1D — Direction+
  • Read who's actually in control — and stop guessing direction
  • Mark supply & demand zones with a repeatable, mechanical method
  • Answer the core trade question: is this level accepted or rejected?
  • Spot exhaustion and enter where the other side is spent
MODULE 2E — Evidence+
  • Use volume to measure the conviction behind every move
  • Know which levels will hold and which will break — before they're tested
  • Separate the levels that matter from the noise on your chart
  • Weigh a level by the participation that built it, not just where it sits
MODULE 3P — Participation+
  • Read the live order book — who's committed and who's bluffing
  • Tell real intent from the tricks that fool most retail traders
  • See acceptance or rejection forming in real time, before the candle closes
  • Stack the three inputs — volume, resting orders, and what price does there
  • Taught with the D.E.P.T.H. indicator. The custom NinjaTrader tool built to plot Level 2 depth and the critical levels directly on your chart — so the hardest read in the course becomes mechanical instead of guesswork.
MODULE 4T — Time+
  • Know which hours to trade — and which quietly drain accounts
  • Use time and speed as information most traders ignore completely
  • Learn when the day's move is already over, so you stop chasing
MODULE 5H — Handle Risk+
  • Turn the full read into three clean, repeatable setups
  • Size correctly for NQ/MNQ and survive prop-firm drawdown rules
  • Manage trades and yourself with the C.R.E.A.M. risk system
  • Build your written plan and prove it in a two-week sim capstone

What's Included

A live course, built to be used

Live Instruction

Every module taught in real time over video — ask questions, get answers, and learn the read as it happens.

The D.E.P.T.H. Indicator

The NinjaTrader tool that plots Level 2 depth and critical levels on your chart. Included with the course, and available after it through trade room access.

Printable Cheat Sheets

Every module distilled to a one-page quick reference. Print them, mark them up, keep them at your desk.

Chained Assignments

Hands-on drills that build on each other module to module — so the skills compound instead of resetting.

The Checklist & Plan Template

The five-question pre-trade checklist and a fill-in-the-blank written plan you make your own.

The Three Core Setups

Three clean, repeatable trades — each one the full framework agreeing, taught end to end.

Real Sizing Math

NQ/MNQ contract math and the prop-firm drawdown truth most educators skip.

Cream Team Community

Deliverables get posted, reviewed, and sharpened together. The course ends where the trade room begins.

The Payoff

Three trades. One decision process.

No pattern zoo. You leave with three — and every one of them is the same five letters agreeing, just in a different order of events.

Setup 01

The Primary

The trade the whole framework is built to find. It's the one you'll run most days, and the one Module 5 spends the most time on.

Setup 02

The Continuation

For the sessions where the market has already made its decision, and the only question left is whether you're joining it.

Setup 03

The Reversal

For the moment the market proves itself wrong — and what to do about everyone still positioned for the move that failed.

The Risk No Formula Catches

Beating tilt with C.R.E.A.M.

Tilt is trading to repair a feeling instead of executing a read — and it burns more accounts than bad analysis ever will. So it gets its own protocol.

C

Contracts

Your size is decided before the session, not in the heat of a trade — so tilt can't quietly talk you into more.

R

Risk

Every trade's risk is defined up front and in writing. No number, no trade.

E

Enforcement

Rules that hold the line for you when discipline slips — the guardrails a good day and a bad day both need.

A

Accountability

Every trade reviewed honestly, with the Cream Team — the fastest way anyone actually improves.

M

Management

Manage the trade by the plan and yourself by the clock. The market's open tomorrow — protect the comeback.

Every rule set when you're calm. Every rule held when you're not.

Fit Check

Who this is for

This is for you if...

  • You're tired of memorizing patterns you don't understand
  • You want one repeatable decision process, not fifty setups

  • You'll do the reps: assignments, journaling, the two-week capstone

This is NOT for you if...

  • You want signals or someone to trade for you
  • You're looking for guaranteed or promised returns
  • You want a shortcut past doing the work
  • You won't write a plan or keep a journal

Questions

FAQ

Is this a live course or self-paced?

Live. D.E.P.T.H. runs as a two-week intensive — we meet live over video three to four times a week, working through the six modules together in real time. You get direct instruction and the chance to ask questions as you go, plus cheat sheets and assignments to reinforce each session. The next cohort start date is at the top of this page and counting down live — reserve your seat and you'll get the full schedule and access details.

What if I miss a live session?

Life happens. Sessions are recorded so you can catch up, and the supplemental materials for each module mean you never lose the thread. You'll also have the Cream Team community to fill in anything you need.

Do I need trading experience to start?

No. Module 0 builds everything from first principles in plain English — what price actually is, how to read a candle and a chart — before any letter gets taught. Experienced traders move faster through the early material, but nothing is assumed.

Is this signals or a trade-alert service?

No. D.E.P.T.H. teaches you a decision framework so you can read the market yourself. The Cream Team community reviews work together, but nobody is handed trades to copy.

Do I get the D.E.P.T.H. indicator, and what happens after the course?

Yes — the indicator is part of the course, and Module 3 is taught with it. When the two weeks are over you can keep indicator access and stay in the morning trade room on a reduced monthly subscription, so you're still working the read alongside people running the same process. Graduates all move into the same room, not a separate cohort silo.

What market and platform does it focus on?

Examples and sizing math are built around NQ and MNQ futures, with DOM work referencing NinjaTrader's SuperDOM. The framework itself — auction logic, levels, volume, time — applies to any liquid futures market.

How is this different from the other frameworks out there?

Most of them are reading the same market from a different angle, and each one leaves something out. The gap I kept running into was significance: traders mark a level, but nothing tells them how much that level actually earned through prior participation. D.E.P.T.H. builds that in, adds the live order book read, and ties the whole thing to a risk protocol. It's my own perspective on price, not a relabel of anyone else's system.

How much time does the course take?

D.E.P.T.H. runs as a two-week intensive: we meet live three to four times a week, about an hour per session, working through the six modules together. Between sessions you'll put in your own study — chart-marking drills, observation, and journaling — and how much you invest there is up to you. The framework rewards reps, so the more you put in, the more you'll get out. It's built to be immersive by design: two focused weeks that give you a complete, repeatable process.

Do I need a funded account to take this?

No — every assignment runs on sim, replay, or observation. Module 5 covers prop-firm evaluation math specifically so you're sized correctly before risking anything.

How do I check out?

Enrollment runs through Whop in your web browser. If you check out inside the Whop mobile app instead, Apple adds roughly a 30 percent app-store markup on top of the price — so use the browser link on this page and pay the actual course price.
